The Dortmund U
The Dortmund U, which is listed of historic bulidings, was built as the first skyscraper in Dortmund in 1926 and 1927. Nowadays you can visit there an exhibition of art of the 20th and 21th Century, education, research and media art. Originally it was used as fermentation and a warehouse of the Dortmund Union-Brauerei AG and recently as the headquarters of the brewery Brinkhoff. Signal Iduna Park
The Signal Iduna Park built for the Soccer World Cup in 1974, can accommodate up to 80 720 people and is one of the largest stadium in Germany.
